If this person needed to get a wheelchair out of the car, why not park in the spot to the RIGHT of the big yellow DON’T PARK HERE lines that the car is sitting on?
Okay this one’s dumb. A lot of people need to get their walker/wheelchair, etc. out of the vehicle. That’s actually what the big crossed line area is there for.
